More information has been posted on the Fall Philanthropy Challenge.  The fundraiser will benefit Save the Children.  The  marketing and sales ideas are still being worked out .  The deadline is  December 1st 2007.

I have been a frequent reader of the LumberJocks website. I hope to be able to produce work of the high quality that they do some day. I have spent hours looking at the Woodworking Projects Gallery alone. For those of us that make gifts for the holidays there will be much more time spent in the workshop.

Today I read on their site about a fund-raiser for “Save the Children”. A few extra items does not take much more time to produce as a single product. This would be a good cause to make a few extras for. There are a couple of different ideas listed to raise money. It would be neat to see the final products donated in a photo gallery.
